Yoga and Fitness

Yoga has been a passion and a part of my life for for many years.  I found my love of yoga after many attempts at various studios in NYC.  Yoga allows me the space to quiet the mental chatter, relax my body and stay grounded in the hustle and bustle of NYC. 

I earned certification from Pure Yoga NYC with lead teachers Kay Kay Clivio and Yogi Charu. These two incredible teachers guided me in vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I also studied with Krissy Shields of Maha Mama for my pre and post natal certification. Maha Mama is strongly influenced by the Hatha and Kundalini styles of yoga. 

I lead private and small group classes for pregnant and non pregnant clients in a fun and intimate class tailored to the client's needs. 

I am also a certified pre and postnatal corrective exercise specialist . Join in for a fun, sweaty, yoga inspired workout that is pre and post pregnancy safe.
